Residents can receive free bank accounts, debit cards, learn how to operate an ATM and be provided with financial literacy material such as check writing as well as have any questions they may have answered.
The second annual Carterville Art Stroll will be held in Carterville on Saturday, October 1st from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
