The public is invited to observe SIU's Archaeology Excavation at Miller Grove this summer. In keeping with celebrating the 80th birthday of the Shawnee National Forest, the Southern Illinois University Archaeology Field School is involved in an archaeological field excavation of the histroical settlement called Miller Griver.
