The Southern Illinois Symphony and SIU-Carbondale University Choir will join the Southeast Missouri Symphony, University Choir and Choral Union to perform Verdi's "Requiem" at Southeast Missouri State University's River Campus.
Vocal soloists will include American opera singer and Grammy Award-winning soprano and southern Illinois native Christine Brewer. SIU-C's Ed Benyas will conduct the performance.

"Requiem" will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on April 23rd in the Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall with more than 200 musicians on stage.
