Murphysboro School District Provides Meals

Murphysboro School District 186 is preparing and delivering meals to students during the COVID-19 shutdown.

WSIU radio visits with Georgia Marshall, Food Service Coordinator with the school district.

This meal program is funded by the USDA, Administered by ISBE and Sponsored by Murphysboro CUSD 186

The district will also be using two white activity busses to deliver food from 11:00 to 1:00 along the following routes

Bridgewood, Valley Ridge, New Horizons

New Hill, Old Brick Road

Hoffman Road

Mobile Ranch

Happy Ours

Cinnamon Lane

Area North of Hardees

If you see the bus, you are welcome to come to the bus and pick-up a meal
