It is primary election day in Illinois.  The polls are open until 7-pm - despite the many COVID-19  related closures and cancellations throughout the state.  To help us understand the implications of today’s primary election, political scientist, John Jackson, with the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute talks with WSIU's Jeff Williams in this edition of InFocus.
