Carbondale Police Search for Missing Decatur Woman

The Carbondale Police Department is asking for help to locate a missing woman from central Illinois.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of East Park Street early Saturday morning.
They say 34-year-old Elizabeth Jett of Decatur left the area on foot in an unknown direction.  She is described as 5’9" weighing 250lbs, with blue eyes and long red hair. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket.

Jett may be with her boyfriend, Lael “Corey” Zeigler, in St. Louis. 

Jett and Zeigler may be in a blue 2004 Mazda 6 with Kansas registration 321MVT.
