Carbondale City Hall is planning to reopen on Monday, June 15.
Face masks or face coverings will be required to enter City Hall, and there will be plexiglass and social distance markers at locations where employees interact with the public.
Despite the reopening, City Hall still encourages residents needing to make payments to use alternative payment methods at this time.
Meanwhile, the Carbondale Civic Center will remain closed as events are still limited to at most 10 people under Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois Plan.
