Authorities are investigating after a woman initially reported missing was found dead Monday afternoon.
Murphysboro Police say they began the search for 47-year old Teresa Henderson Sunday evening, and continued looking into Monday.
Investigators say after talking with family members, checking Amtrak and Greyhound passenger rosters, and continuing their search, Henderson's body was found in a wooded area near Mobile Ranch Monday afternoon.
An autopsy is scheduled for today (Tuesday).
