Jackson County Health Department announced two new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
A female in her 20s, who is isolated and doing well.
A female in her 70s, who is isolated and doing fair.
Public Health Officials say both individuals acquired the virus through local contact with a known or suspected case.
Officials say there have been 27 total confirmed cases in Jackson County including two deaths. Six individuals have recovered enough to be released from isolation.
