A southern Illinois teenager has captured the 2022 American Poolplayers Association Junior Pool Championship.
15-year-old Anthony Wiseman of Anna beat out more than 250 kids from 29 states and Canada last weekend in St. Louis.
Wiseman is a member of the local APA League in Anna where he plays pool regularly. He took home a prize package that included a Nintendo Switch and the championship trophy.
