The SIU-Carbondale Police Department has created a ten-question survey designed to give it a better understanding of how the SIU-C community views the police department.

SIU-C police say they will use the results to help us understand how the community perceives crime and safety issues on campus, and how that perception compares to what the department knows about reported crime on campus.

The survey does not record any personal identifying information.
