Carbondale Police say 27 tickets were issued as a part of this past weekend's "Solar Bear" event.
The party was centered in the 1100 block of East Grand Avenue, and police say most of the citations were for underage possession or consumption of alcohol - 19 in those two categories.

Three other tickets were issued for public possession of alcohol, one for public urination, three for resisting an officer and one for obstructing identification.

Police say as they tried to arrest one person, beer cans and bottles were being tossed at officers, and pepper spray was used to disperse the crowd. No injuries were reported as a result.
