SIU Reviews: Nebraska

The 2013 dramedy  Nebraska is the story of an aging father who embarks on an impulsive journey from Montana to Nebraska with his estranged son.

Film critic Walter Metz takes a closer look in this edition of  SIU Reviews.

Walter Metz is the chair of SIU Carbondale's Department of Cinema and Photography in the College of Mass Communication and Media Arts.

He is a regular contributor to SIU Reviews.

Walter Metz is a Professor of Film Studies in the Department of Cinema and Photography at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He teaches film, television, theater and photography history, theory and criticism.
