New Williamson Co. Commissioner to Take Office

Williamson County's new commissioner will take his oath of office this week.

Commissioner-Elect Jim Marlo will be sworn in Friday morning at the Williamson County Administrative building.  Judge Carolyn Smoot will administer the oath of office.  

Marlo, a Republican, defeated incumbent Democrat Tracey Glenn in November's General Election.  He will join fellow Williamson County Commissioners Brent Gentry and Ron Ellis.
