Body of Missing Kentucky Woman Found in Missouri

The Body of a missing Paducah woman was found Sunday in southeastern Missouri.

Illinois State Police reported 45-year old Sylvia Tipler of Paducah, Kentucky missing on Saturday.  She was last seen on October 8th in Ullin, Illinois with her husband Clifford Williams, SR.  Williams was wanted on a Pulaski County warrant for kidnapping. 

KFVS TV reports Authorities in Mississippi County, Missouri say Tipler's body was found Sunday.  Her husband, Clifford Williams was arrested and is accused of first degree murder, armed criminal action and abandonment of a corpse.  He is being held without bond.
