Governor Bruce Rauner delivers his annual State of the State speech to a joint session of the Illinois General Assembly on Wednesday, January 31 at 12pm.

Illinois Lawmakers will offer live coverage of the Governor's speech anchored by Statehouse correspondent Jak Tichenor with analysis by Capitolfax publisher Rich Miller and WTTW Chicago Tonight correspondent Amanda Vinicky.  Members of the legislative leadership from both sides of the aisle will offer their reaction following the Governor's remarks.
