The Illinois Department of Transportation is setting up a website to allow for public comment on a proposed project in Williamson County.
The project would improve Route 37 from Wildcat Drive in Marion south to Illinois 148.
The improvements include resurfacing, shoulders, ditches and culverts, and also a new right-turn lane at Lake of Egypt Road.

The proposed dates for the construction start in 2023 and continue into 2024.
