IDOT Asks for Input on Traveler Survey
The Illinois Department of Transportation is asking the public to participate in a new traveler survey.
I-DOT spokesperson Paul Wappel says they want to hear your opinion on how clean rest areas and roadsides are, how your travel habits may have changed during the pandemic and more.
"What do you think about snow and ice removal? Traffic signs? The electric message boards that advises people of delays, construction areas or other things, roadside lighting, reflectors. This information we collect helps us learn what we're doing well and what we can improve on."
