This is shaping up to be one of the coldest Halloween's on record in our region.

The National Weather Service in Paducah says Thursday's projected high of 48 in the western Kentucky town would tie for the 4th coldest on record. The record of 43 was set in 1993.

DEA Warns About Drug-Laced Candy

The Drug Enforcement Administration is warning area residents about potentially dangerous Halloween candy.

The DEA says people should look closely at the candy they receive when their kids go trick or treating because some drugs are sold in packages to look like traditional candies.

The following communities have moved their trick-or-treating period from Wednesday, October 31 to Tuesday, October 30 due to the forecase for rain on Wednesday evening:
