The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Illinois will be holding their Trivia Night at the Oscars virtually on Friday.

The current gathering restrictions forced the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Illinois to hold their Trivia Night at the Oscars virtually this year.

Any person or team wanting to attend and compete at the Oscar trivia night must register on the club’s website.

CEO Tina Carpenter says having the trivia night online will let people participate without being in Carbondale.

“I’m excited to see people, we know of some teams that are going to have members on their team from across the country including someone on the team from other countries so it will be neat to see.”

The fund-raiser will also feature a silent auction with more than 70 items, bidding is live now through Friday night.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Illinois has been holding the Trivia Night at the Oscars for 13 years.
