Williamson County Teen Found Dead

The Williamson County Coroner says a man reported missing over the weekend has been found dead.

Junior Burke’s office says 19-year old Robert Michael Boaz’s body was found just south of Little Wolf Road in rural Williamson County, near Herrin Lake #2.

The Coroner says no foul play is suspected in Boaz’s death. His family reported him missing Sunday afternoon. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating just what happened.

Williamson County authorities are asking for help in finding a missing person.

Sheriff's Deputies say 19-year old Robert Boaz was last heard from Sunday afternoon. Family members say they found his abandoned vehicle around 4:00pm near Herrin Lake number 2, but weren't able to find him.

Boaz was last seen wearing jeans, a sleeveless green shirt, and camouflage boots. He has a history of threatening to hurt himself. He has blue eyes and short brown hair, is five-four and weighs 110 pounds. He may have a handgun.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Williamson County Sheriff's Department at 618-997-6541.
