The water supply to  Southeast Missouri State University has been restored.

SEMO officials say the state tested and approved turning back on the water supply Friday.

The Cape Girardeau-based school closed both its main and river campuses Wednesday afternoon a water-main break cut off the university's primary water supply.

SEMO will resume classes on Tuesday.  Campus officials say the residence halls will reopen on Monday, however, they will remain open for those students who need to stay on campus.
