Jackson County Health Department is reporting two new cases of COVID-19.
Public Health Officials say one male is in his sixties and one female in her seventies.
Officials says they both acquired the virus through local contact with a known or suspected case.
To date, there have been 38 lab confirmed cases in Jackson County, 12 of those individuals have been released from isolation.
