Third Suspect Wanted in Deadly Carbondale Shooting Surrenders

Another suspect in the March 27th shooting on West Walnut Street in Carbondale has surrendered to authorities.

Carbondale Police say 21–year–old Travis Tyler turned himself in Monday at the Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro.
Tyler was arrested on two active warrants for Aggravated Battery with a Firearm and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm in the incident that killed one man and injured another.

Another suspect, 21–year–old John Ingram surrendered himself to authorities at the Jackson County jail last week. He faces the same charges as Tyler.

A third suspect, 21–year–old Dwayne John Dunn, Jr., is already in custody.

The fourth suspect remains at large. 21–year–old Daniel Holmes of Carbondale is also wanted in connection to a shooting last week at the Evolve Apartment Complex in Carbondale.
