A Texas man is behind bars after Carbondale Police say he was shooting a gun on East Hester Street early Sunday morning.
Investigators say 36-year old Timothy Walker faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon and reckless discharge of a firearm.
No one was injured in the incident. Police were called to reports of shots fired around 3:30 Sunday morning. After a brief search, Walker was located on East Mill Street with a handgun.
