The 2019 class of the SIU Saluki Hall of Fame is out.
Members include:
Chris Lowery, who as a men's basketball player and coach was a part of seven NCAA tournament teams
Football's all-time rushing leader Karlton Carpenter
Placekicker Craig Coffin, who set the school and Missouri Valley Conference record for career scoring
Baseball's strikeout king Jake Alley
One of baseball's best catchers, Tim Kratochvil
Wrestler Deke Edwards
Kelly Gerlach Hovland of women's golf
Volleyball's Deb Heyne Gross
The new class will be formally inducted during Homecoming festivities the weekend of October 18th.
