Illinois State Police spent hours on the scene of a rollover crash on Interstate 57 in Franklin County this morning.
Investigators say it happened at about 5:45 Monday morning on I-57 south near milepost 68.
Troopers say 64-year old Glenn Hackney of Hoopeston was driving the semi that crashed, blocking both lanes of south-bound I-57. Hackney was hauling railroad wheels, which also spilled into the median.
Traffic was moving slowly through the morning, getting around the crash on the shoulder as crews work to clean up. The flow of cars and trucks was back to normal around 10:30am.
Hackney was taken to Franklin Hospital with minor injuries.
