Richland County authorities are contacting people who may have come in contact with a person infected with COVID-19, who went shopping earlier this week after her diagnosis.

The Richland County TB and Public Health Office says the woman who'd tested positive for the illness violated a self-isolation order and visited the Wal-Mart, CVS pharmacy, and Mach One in Olney Tuesday evening.

Health experts say if you think you may have come in contact with the patient, you can call the Carle Richland Memorial Hospital Respiratory Evaluation Center. That number is 618-392-1700.

Richland County has so far reported three confirmed cases of COVID-19. Two are still on self-isolation, and one has recovered.
