On a cold, gray day at the Sahara Woods State Fish and Wildlife Area, Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, and other officials and lawmakers, announced on Wednesday that the IDNR will be constructing an off-highway vehicle trail in the Sahara Woods.
Off-Highway vehicles are recreational machines such as Four-Wheelers, Three-Wheelers, Dirt Motorcycles and Side-By-Sides.
