North Clay County School District Says Bus Riders May Have COVID-19 Exposure

Clay County Public Health Department

Clay County health officials are putting out a COVID-19 alert for parents and students in the North Clay County School District.

North Clay Community District 25 is joining with the health department to let people know someone on one of the district's buses has tested positive for the coronavirus. They say the person is not a student in the district.

Contact tracers are currently reaching out to any families who may be affected by the potential exposure. The district and public health department say it's important that parents watch for fever and other symptoms of COVID-19, and keep their children home if they're exhibiting any of those symptoms.
