New Restaurant Coming to Carbondale

The final development plan has been approved that would bring another national chain restaurant to Carbondale.

This week the City Council signed off on plans for a Panda Express to be located on East Main Street between the Post Office and the University Mall.

This would be one of the first stand-alone restaurants for the chain in the region.  Panda Express also operates stores in Mt. Vernon and in Effingham.
