Murphysboro Teacher's Union, District Continue in Mediation

The strike between the Murphysboro Teacher's Union and the the School District reached its fourth day Tuesday.  Last night, the two sides met in the presence of a mediator, but no agreement was reached.

Even though the mediator is not available again until Friday, October 11th, 2019, the two sides have agreed to meet tonight to hammer out their differences.
