Marion High School Traditional Graduation Set For August 7

Marion Unit 2 Schools

With the new school year about to start, one area high school plans to honor the graduates from last year's class.

Marion High School will have a traditional commencement ceremony August 7 at the football stadium.
Family members will need to park in the east lot closest to the HEC building and enter and sit in the bleachers around the stadium or they'll be able to bring a lawn chair and sit around the outside of the football field.

School leaders are asking only immediate family members attend. They should abide by social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering.

To get an accurate count of how many graduates will attend, Marion High School needs them to RSVP the school by Monday by calling 993-8196 or emailing the principal.
