Mallory Arrested Again on Sex Abuse Charges

Illinois Sex Offender Registry

A former Johnston City firefighter is in trouble with the law again.

The Williamson County State's Attorney's office says 70-year-old Davis "Skip" Mallory was arrested today (Tues) on four counts accusing him of the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl during the past year.

The state's attorney's office says Mallory is charged with one count of predatory criminal sexual assault, one count of criminal sexual assault and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

He is currently in the Williamson County jail with a two million dollar bond.

Mallory was sentenced to six years in prison in 2006 after violating terms of his probation. In 2005, Mallory received four years probation after pleading guilty to aggravated criminal sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.
