Before the hurricane made land, the local crew was sent to Alma, Georgia. The Egyptian Electric linemen are Ronnie Gill, Robbie Knop, Matt McElroy and Cody Lee.
Most recent numbers indicate the co-ops in Georgia, with help from outside crews, have been able to restore power to 230-thousand meters.

The lineman are working an average of 17 hours a day.

Egyptian Electric Cooperative serves Jackson, Perry, Randolph, St. Clair, Washington and Williamson counties.
