Local Businesses Team Up To Help A Long-Time Faith-Based Non-Profit.

The longtime Gaia House Interfaith Center in Carbondale is getting a much–needed upgrade, thanks to two southern Illinois businesses.  The building will soon have an air conditioning system thanks to Jacobs A–C.  And Saturday, June 30th, 2018  AES Solar of Carterville will be installing a system at no charge.  Aur   Beck of AES says giving the system to a local non–profit is in line with his native American heritage, which believes that on your birthday you should give gifts.  AES Solar recently reached their 19th year in business.    Tomorrow's (Saturday) installation will also give students at John A, Logan College's Hands–On Solar Installation Course required on–site learning.

Jeremiah Jahn, who does maintenance at Gaia House says the group is very happy with AES's decision to make the donation.  For more information visit:  https://www.ourgaiahouse.org/about-us
