WSIU's Jennifer Fuller talks with Dorcy Prosser of the Jackson County League of Women Voters about changes to the way Illinoisans vote for the 2020 General Election in November.
Editor's note: After this interview, Dorcy Prosser further clarified that there is more than one application for mail-in voting. Prosser says in talking with the Jackson County Clerk, the office prefers the official form, as it has a scan code making the process easier - but that they will accept other applications.
