Jackson County has announced five new cases of COVID-19.
The cases included a male in his twenties; female in her twenties; male in his forties; male in his seventies; & female in her eighties.
All of these cases are thought to have who acquired the disease through local contact with a known case. They have all been isolated.
To date, there have been 56 total laboratory confirmed positives of COVID-19 in Jackson County, including seven
deaths.
