Illinois COVID-19 Cases surpassed ten thousand Saturday.
Governor J.B. Pritzker urges residents to continue to do their part to slow the spread.
But, Pritzker had some harsh words for those who have ignored the statewide stay at home order.
"All I can say is that those people either are not paying attention to the news or they're stupid. I mean, there's no reason why somebody should be ignoring this," Pritzker said Saturday during the Daily COVID-19 Briefing.
A majority of Illinois' 102 counties have seen case, and more than 240 people have died statewide. Pritzker says preliminary modeling shows the virus may peak by the end of April.
