Groups protest the death of George Floyd

Illinois Governor J-B Pritzker had some strong words on the death of a handcuffed black man who pleaded for air as a Minneapolis white police officer knelt on his neck.
Pritzker says President Trump's tweets about the death of George Floyd and his failure to respond to racism in America are unacceptable. The governor says he can't imagine the rage and fear of black Americans watching what happened to Floyd.

"The threat that comes to every Black American under color of law that they see in a video like that, we're lucky that video was ever taken because that is happening around America, probably every day."

Pritzker says somehow, even when people call for change, it never comes for Black Americans.

The police officer videotaped kneeling on Floyd's neck has been arrested and charged with murder.
