The person killed in a two vehicle crash in Washington County on Tuesday has been identified.

Illinois State Police say he is 58-year-old John Frye of Freeburg.
The driver of the other vehicle, 36-year-old Micah Rinckner of Ashley, sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

Troopers say Frye's vehicle crossed the centerline of Route 15 around 1 p.m. Tuesday and collided head on with Rinckner's vehicle.
