A White County woman died in a two-vehicle crash in Saline County Wednesday.
Illinois State Police say the driver of one of the vehicles, 28-year-old Whitney McKenzie of Carmi, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred just after 1 p.m Wednesday on Route 13 at Commercial Street in Harrisburg.
The driver of the other vehicle, 28-year-old Carl Wood of Eldorado, refused medical attention.
Troopers say McKenzie's car failed to yield to oncoming traffic on Route 13 and turned into the path of Wood's tractor trailer.
