The state's total positive cases climbed to 112,017 over the holiday weekend, and its death toll reached 4,884.

Effingham County Health Department:
- No new cases reported.
- Six overall positive cases of COVID-19, with four recoveries and one death.
Egyptian Health Department:
- 1 new case reported - a man in his 50s from Saline County.
- Total COVID-19 positive cases stands at 11, with 10 recoveries.
Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department:
- No new cases reported.
- Total COVID-19 positive cases now stands at 56, with 44 recoveries and one death in Williamson County, 11 cases with ten recoveries in Franklin County.
Jackson County Health Department:
- 9 new cases reported - one girl and two boys in their pre-teen/teens, two women in their 20s, two women in their 40s, one man in his 50s, and one woman in her 60s.
- Jackson County's total positive test count is 234, with 171 recoveries and ten deaths.
Jefferson County Public Health Department:
- No new cases reported.
- Overall there have been 102 positive cases of COVID-19, with 86 recoveries and 14 deaths.
Marion County Health Department
- No new cases reported.
- Overall, there have been 51 positive cases of COVID-19, with 44 recoveries.
Perry County Health Department:
- No new cases reported.
- Overall, 40 positive cases of COVID-19, with 36 recoveries.
Randolph County Health Department:
- Two new cases reported.
- 42 active cases, with 39 isolating at home and three hospitalized.
- Overall, 264 positive cases of COVID-19, with 219 recoveries and three deaths.
