Another 546 COVID-19 cases were recorded in Illinois on Wednesday, marking 12 days with less than 1,000 new cases.
The additions bring the overall case count to 134,185 positive test results. The state's death toll rose to 6,485, as 87 deaths were recorded on Wednesday.
Still averaging near 20,000 tests per day, the state's 7-day positivity rate remains at 3%.

Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department:
- Total COVID-19 positive cases now stands at 92 cases with 62 recoveries and one death in Williamson County, 12 cases with 12 recoveries in Franklin County.
Jackson County Health Department:
- 1 new death reported - a man in his 60s.
- Jackson County's total positive test count is 320, with 273 recoveries and 18 deaths.
Jefferson County Public Health Department:
- No new cases reported.
- Overall there have been 107 positive cases of COVID-19, with 90 recoveries and 14 deaths.
- 2,116 negative test results.
Marion County Health Department:
- Overall, there have been 56 positive cases of COVID-19, with 55 recoveries.
- 1,801 negative test results.
Perry County Health Department:
- Overall, 44 positive cases of COVID-19, with 42 recoveries.

Randolph County Health Department:
- No new cases reported.
- Overall, 279 positive cases of COVID-19, with 270 recoveries and seven deaths.

- 2 new cases - a woman in her 20s from Alexander County and a woman in her 50s from Pulaski County.
