Cobden Man Sentenced on Two Counts of Child Pornography

A Cobden man has been sentenced after he admitted to two counts of child pornography.

The Union County State's Attorney says a judge sentenced 58-year-old Charles Edward Gordon to 22 years in prison. He also must register as a sex offender for life.
In pleading guilty, Gordon admitted to possession of photographs containing children under the age of 13.

Cobden Police arrested Gordon in August following an investigation with assistance of the Illinois State Police.
