Three children under the age of five were removed from a home in Herrin Tuesday, after police say they were exposed to an active methamphetamine lab.
Herrin Police say they were called to a home in the 700 block of North 16th Street just before 6:00pm (Tuesday, where they found the children.
The one-, three-, and four-year old were all taken to Herrin Hospital to be checked out before authorities turned them over to DCFS.
Two adults, 31-year old Robert Walker and 24-year old Amanda Walker, were arrested in connection to the case. They face meth-related charges in Williamson County Court.
