Today we conclude our special series featuring podcasts produced by a group of Carbondale Community High School students for NPR's first ever Student Podcast Challenge.

More than 25,000 student podcasts from across the country explored a wide range of issues from the student perspective;  including this adaptation that is an essay on the racial diversity of Carbondale area schools.

This podcast essay on racial diversity in Carbondale schools was produced by Carbondale Community High School Students Torrey Taylor, Daniel Weisen, and Shreya Patel for teacher Bryan Dunn's Honor's English II class.   Their podcast is part of NPR's Student Podcast Challenge.
