A jury has found a Carbondale man guilty in a shooting incident earlier this year.

The Jackson County State's Attorney says 28-year-old Jody Pullen faces a potential sentence of 31 to 55 years in prison.
After an eight-day trial, the jury returned guilty verdicts against Pullen for Attempted First Degree Murder, four counts of Aggravated Battery With A Firearm and two counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
The charges are connected to a shooting incident in April in downtown Carbondale.

Pullen was a passenger in a vehicle sitting in a drive-thru at ABC Liquors when he got into an argument with others who were parked across the alley between the liquor store and the Tres Hombres beer garden.

A surveillance video showed Pullen firing multiple gunshots, resulting in wounds to four people, including two people sitting in the beer garden.
