Authorities in Williamson County say an autopsy confirms that a man fatally shot his wife in their rural home before taking his own life.Coroner Junior Burke, says 42-year-old Daniel Blaise and 43-year-old Amy Blaise were found dead late Friday in a home south of Marion.
Investigators say Daniel Blaise fired several gunshots inside the residence before a round hit and killed his wife.
Authorities say one of the couple's children was at the home at the time of the shooting but was unharmed.
Autopsies on Daniel Blaise and his wife were done on Sunday.
Burke says the investigation is over.
