Those traveling to Bald Knob for Easter Sunday services saw a newly restored cross.
The 11-story landmark near Alto Pass has undergone a major facelift over the past year. Many of the white porcelain panels were refurbished or replaced along with the concrete substructure. Supporters of the cross restoration project raised more than $550,000.
